Hotel Hacienda Sonqori Centro Historico - Cusco

The reception is just ridiculous, how can one expect a good stay with a non-English speaking attendant? I loathed the intermittent hot water, an absolute disgrace. I was ready to give a nice review, but the lack of a mini fridge in my 'luxurious' room was the cherry on top.

Good location, the breakfast was marvellous with fruits. The service was very good as we had expected. Location : the hotel was adjacent to an alley as well as shops.

The staff was helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and I really appreciated their cozy, authentic vibe. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring on foot.

The location was marvellous, just 5 min walk from Religious Art Museum. Our room was not only huge, but also spotless with a functioning bathroom and balcony, for example. We were met by very attentive, thoughtful personnel.

This hotel was located in a very central area really close to many restaurants as well as historical center. It was tastefully decorated, perfect and with balcony. The staff were amazingly kind and super-friendly whole time of my stay.

The room was noisy due to poor insulation. I was also frustrated with the limited hot water supply. It would suddenly run cold during my shower. The bathroom was oddly proportioned.

I loved the wide variety of tasty breakfast options and the beautiful central patio where I could unwind. The lovely courtyard and calming lounge area were perfect. The only thing was the bathroom could've used a floor mat, but that didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

Having breakfast with my brother while the kids enjoyed fresh air in the patio added to the charm. Very close to the main square!

My wife says that the noise from the streets made it a bit challenging to nap during the day.

Excellent place with excellent wi-fi, a tv, and helpful dryers. The staff provided great local tips during my first stay, which I still remember. Definitely coming back for a city break!

The hospitality, the cleanliness, the range of breakfast options was really good.

Just a suitable option for a quick stop in Cusco with value for money. The hot water was reliable when we took showers. Be sure to check the sockets. Some didn't work.
